As the Chief Quality & Compliance Consultant of LOVE Consulting LLC, Kyala Hayes is dedicated to helping healthcare organizations achieve excellence through a balance of compassion, compliance, and quality improvement. With more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare quality, regulatory readiness, and accreditation, Kyala partners with hospitals and healthcare teams to strengthen their systems, elevate performance, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Throughout her career, Kyala has successfully led multiple Joint Commission Disease-Specific Certifications, developed and implemented evidence-based orthopedic and surgical programs, and driven measurable improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Her background in nursing leadership, combined with her Six Sigma Green Belt expertise, allows her to identify opportunities for improvement and guide organizations toward sustainable success.
